1 tspvinegar
5 tbspflavourless oil
100 gramsfresh cream

Firstly sift all the dry ingredients, maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, pinch of salt and keep aside

Whisk eggs for 5 minutes add in sugar,oil, vanilla essence whisk again for 10 minutes, now add this whisked wet ingredients to dry ingredients in cut and fold method, add a tsp of vinegar give it a gentle mix.. shift this cake batter in to greased cake tin and bake it in preheated oven for 35 minutes on 180 degree centigrade..

Let the cake to cool down a bit,gently cut the cake in to three layers..prepare sugar syrup by adding 1/2 cup powdered sugar in to half cup water apply this syrup on each layer of the cake..to prepare chocolate ganache.. take 100 grams fresh cream and 200 grams dark chocolate together in a bowl and melt it by double boiling method, let it cool down..

Spread chocolate ganache on each layers, (including top of the cake)..assemble the cake layers..and keep it in the refrigerator to set,for 30 minutes..take out the cake spread remaining ganache on the cake again, garnish the cake according to your taste, I have garnished with some grated chocolate, chopped dry fruits and some cherries..your sinfully decadent death by chocolate cake is ready to relish
