Boil milk with cardamom crushed seeds in a low flame. Mean while soak rice in water for 15 minutes.

After that, strain out rice in a strainer and add into boiled milk.

Cook it for 15-20 minutes in a low flame. When rice become fully tender, blend them with the help of hand blender.

Now, add sugar and zafran (soaked in 1 tbsp milk). Mix it well and cook it another 10 minutes.

At last, close the stove and add Khoya in it. Mix it well until smooth texture.

Dish out in a serving dish. Garnish with pistachios and sprinkle zafran.
