Cook the moong dal in a pressure cooker. Blanche & crush the palak.

Heat the pan on medium flame. Then add the ghee, tej patta, clove& cumin seed for tempering. Saute and add the chili-ginger paste, garam masala, palak, dal, salt, and necessary water one by one. Stir it and cook few minutes. Then switch off the flame.

A taste of healthy moong dal palak is ready for serve. Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves when serving.
