Rough blend onion, red bell pepper and scotch bonnet, put on moderate heat to drain the juice.. on the other hand remove the leaf from the stalk wash and keep aside, then chop all other ingredients.

Drizzle oil in the pot of the rough blend and saute, add the peas, carrots, spices and seasoning and allow to saute for some couple of minutes till incoperated. Then add the spring onions and the persely and allow for a min then off your stove.

The aroma is 👌, a healthy veg sauce...
