First peel the mango and slice it. Now take a cooker. Add mango slices, jaggery and pinch of salt, pour some water and boil for 5 minutes.

When the cooker cools down, add mango pulp, mint, salt, black pepper, jeera spice, and black salt in a mixing jar and crush it well.

So the pulp of Aam Panna is ready. You can store it in an air-tight container in the fridge.

Now take 1/3 of the Aam Panna pulp in a serving glass. Add 2-3 pieces of ice. Now add water and mix well. Slice the mint leaves and garnish. (Sliced mint leaves gives a different taste and aroma.) Serve chill.
