Add ginger garlic paste,salt and water, aprx: 2 glass. Cover and Cook till water dries and meat become tender.. Stir for 2-3 minutes.set a side.

Take a pan, add meat, cook at low flame,till water dries and Mutton changes its colour.

At the time of serving, in the frying pan add ghee or oil, fry Mutton at medium low flame. Take out from oil and put in the plate and squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle masalah.

2 Tbsp anar Dana (pomegranate) powder.1 tsp dhania powder,1tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/4tsp zafrani garam masalah powder or regular, 1 tsp Pulao zeera sabut, 1/4 tsp salt. (2pinch jaifal (nutmag) powder. Mix all the ingredients. - 6
