Cut Paneer in medium-small size cubes or whatever shape you want & keep them at room temperature for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take a bowl, add chopped paneer cubes in it with 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder, 2 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder & 2-3 Table Spoon oil in it & mix them properly & gently.

Now let the paneer rest in marination for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop Onions, Green Chillies & Ginger very finely.

Grind Tomatoes finely into purée in a mixer grinder.

After 10-15 minutes, take a pan, add 3-4 Table Spoon Oil in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

When oil gets heated up, add marinated paneer cubes in it & roast them till they turn into golden brown in colour.

After 4-5 minutes, when they turn into golden brown in colour, turn off the flame & take them out in a bowl.

Now take a kadhai, add 1 Big Spoon Oil in it with oil in which paneer pieces were roasted & turn the gas on medium flame.

When oil gets heated, add all Khade Masale & 1-2 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.

When they start sizzling, add finely chopped onions, Ginger & Green Chillies in it & cook them till they turn into golden brown in colour.

After 4-5 minutes, add 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder, 3 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder & 1/2 Cup Dahi in it & mix them properly.

Now cook them for 2-3 minutes by stirring them continuously so that dahi doesn’t get burned.

After 2-3 minutes, add finely grinded tomato purée in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly.

After 6-7 minutes, when oil is completely released, add roasted Paneer cubes, 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala & 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi in it & mix them properly.

Then add some water in it & mix them properly.

Now cook them for 4-5 minutes.

After 4-5 minutes, add 10-20gms Butter in it & mix it properly.

Your Paneer Tikka Masala is ready to be served.
