Ingredients

1 lb.ground beef
2 clovesgarlic, minced
1/2onion, diced
1 packettaco seasoning
8 oz.picante salsa
2 cupswater
1 cupfrozen corn
8 ozrotini noodles, uncooked
1-1/2 cupsMexican blend or cheddar cheese

Steps

In a large, deep skillet brown ground beef with garlic and onion. Drain fat.

Add taco seasoning, water, salsa, corn, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes (until noodles are cooked through).

Add cheese, stir, and enjoy!
