Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef pasanday
  2. 10-15garlic cloves
  3. 1medium size ginger
  4. 2bay leaves
  5. 4-5black pepper corns
  6. 3-4cloves
  7. 2black cardamoms
  8. 1 cupchana daal
  9. 5-6onions
  10. 8-10whole button chillies
  11. 3-4green chillies
  12. 1gaddi dhania
  13. 1/2gaddi podina
  14. 1egg
  15. 1 tbspsalt
  16. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  17. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Put meat,daal and all spices in a pot with 4-5 glasses water and let it cook. Add garlic,ginger and 2 onions too

  2. 2

    Cook until meat and daal gets soft.Let it cool.

    Now put this Mixture in choppe and grind it well.take out and keep aside.

  4. 4

    In a chopper add coriander,mint,green chillies and 2 onions and chop finely. Mix egg and this with meat mixture and make kababs

    In a pan add some ghee or oil and shallow fry the kababs.
