This recipe is easy to make and healthy.But you will love it once you try it. This salad can stay in the fridge for two or three days.

First, put oil in a pan and add cashews and walnuts. Now bake on low heat for 5-7 minutes till crispy.

Then add curry leaves,garlic and ginger paste and mix well.

Then turn off the heat and add the oregano and immediately pour the mixture into the grated carrots. Now add the remaining ingredients and stir the mixture.

Now Salad is ready!!!!
