Soak bread slice in milk.Chopperize onion green chillies coriander leaves then add beef mince in same chopeer and chopperize everything together.

Grind all spices together in dry mixer.

Add soaked bread and garam flour in mince and chopperize again.

Convert mixture in bowl now add all masala oil and half beaten egg. Mix everything.

Now keep this mixture in freezer for half an hour

Take the mixture out of freezer give coal smoke. grease your hand, and make a shape.

Put the grill pan on flame and let it warm at medium flame brush with butter now place the kebab on pre heated grill pan cook for five minutes on both side. Serve with chutney and salad.
