1 kg prawns, washed and cleaned.

In a pateela, cook onion until golden brown and add safed Zeera. When it's completly done add prawns and tomatoes, and mix it well. Now add shan biryani masala and salt and yoghurt.. Mix well and add water. Cover it for 15 min and add potato cubes. Again cover it for 10 min.. So that potato is also cooked fine and all water is soaked. Add green chillies and imli if you want. I always add it.

On the other hand boil the rice for biryani by only adding Salt in the water. And make sections of rice and salan.

At the end add zarde ka rang, rooh kewra and coriander leaver and cover the lid for 2 min.. Mix it well after uncover. Biryani is ready.

Mix it with soft hands. So that all colours are visible.
