  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 1 cupmoong dal
  • 1onion
  • as neededFew garlic pods
  • 1 tspmustard seeds,
  • 1tsp urad dal,
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • 4-5red cillies
  • to taste salt

    Wash n cut spinash.. take a pan add oil add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, red chillies, hing n saute. Once brown add shredded garlic n saute then add onions n saute for some time.

    Then add water, palak and moong dal. Cover and cook. Add salt n chilli powder. Once cooked switch off.
