  • Salt as req
  • 3 tbspsirka
  • Halftsp haldi
  • 2 tsppisa dhanya
  • 2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 2 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tbsplehsan adrak ka paste
  • 4 tbspdahi
  • 5 tbspoil
  • 1 tspkashmiri lal mirch
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 2 tspthick soya sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Subse phele chops ko ache se wash kar lein.

    Phir sub ingre ko chops pe ache se laga k 24 hours k liye marinate kar dein.

    Ab ek pateeli me halki anch pe steam pe cook kar lein jab tak gal na jayen.

    Phir oil ko garam kar lein aur kuch mints fry kar k nikal lein aur mazedar si chops ko koilay ka smoke de k serve karen.
