Heat milk in a pan and bring it to boil and let it simmer for half an hour at low flame.

Add sugar as per taste and cardamom powder and let it cook, turn off the flame and add khoya mix slightly and set aside.

In a pan heat ghee and fry bread slices from both sides.

Now set bread slices in a serving dish and pour prepared milk over bread slices sprinkle chopped nuts, put it on refrigerator for 2 hours, serve chilled
