Steps

First take one bowl and add curd, water and besan as your requirement
and
mix it well using blender - 2
Then take pan add oil, jeera, rai and onion
Fry it until onion turn golden brownish

And take saucer and put mixed curd besan
And add water for thin or thick
And
let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes
After this add ginger water and lemon..
Let it boil
