Top and tail the fish, throughly rinsing afterwards.
Score the flanks, either side of the fish and lightly season - 2
Put under grill at a medium heat for 20 minutes.
Flipping them over after 10 minutes. - 3
The salad is left fairly chunky and each part doesn’t get chopped too finely.
Mix it up in a bowl and put in the fridge until the fish is ready to be served. - 4
Once fish is cooked, give the lemon - cooked and left over a squeeze over the fish and serve.
In addition once plated a dress the salad with a tablespoon of olive and balsamic oil
