250 gmwheat flour
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp salt
as requiredWater

Take a big utensil. Add wheat flour,salt,ajwain and ghee. Mix it well with both hands.

Prepare a semi soft dough.Keep for rest for 10 minutes.

Now take a ball from dough and roll it. Deep fry it and serve hot with chana or any veg.
