Cooking Instructions

In a big vessel mix Besan, crushed ajwain, hing, baking powder, salt, and 1 tsp oil. And mix it nicely.

Now add 1-1 tsp water and Knead the dough. Be careful besan won't observe much water, hardly 3-5 tsp will be required to Knead the dough.

Keep kneading so that we get a smooth and soft dough. Now add 2-3 tsp oil and Knead again.

Then divide this dough into small same-size balls, try to make a Cylindrical roll kind.

Now on a rolling pan Or wooden surface, press and stretch it thin with the help of palms in forwarding direction.

Scrape off with the help of a knife without damaging the fafda. (Missed to capture pic).

Now deep fry them with on medium flame.

Enjoy your fafda with chutney or kadi..!!!
