Firstly we will prepare custard by adding milk,sugar once it comes to a gentle boil then in some cold milk mix custard powder without lumps and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously and off the flame burner set aside to cool at this point only drop vanilla essence & mango essence stir to mix. On the other hand we will Peel and blend mangoes for fresh pulp

Once the custard is on room temperature we will pop in the mangoes pulp and mix well until fully combined add it to a serving bowl garnish with diced mangoes and walnuts set it in refrigerator for around an hour or two. Lastly before serving slice the Swiss roll 1 inch thickness and set it in a flower pattern looks incredible.
