First of all we have to take kaju and grind it and make a fine powder

Take a thali and put a strainer in it than put kaju powder on it and strain it properly

Take a pan and heat it than put sugar in it also add water and let it desolve in a medium flame

Mix it continuesly until sugar get desolve

Now add kaju powder in sugar syrup and stir continuously

Now add Elaichi powder and two tablespoons ghee mix it well

Cook until it get theek now pour it into a greased thali and let it cool

Time to time flip it from all side to cool it properly after cooling make a big ball and put it into a greased tray

Now take a rolling pin and grease it with ghee and roll it properly now cut it into diamond shape

Delicious kaju katli is ready you can make it peda with extra unshaped small katlis Enjoy !!!
