Cut the hanpen into 4 triangles. Use a knife to cut a slit to form pouches.

Cut the shiso in half vertically, then cut into 4 pieces. Cut the cheese into 4 triangles.

Mix the natto with the included sauce.

Taking care not to tear the hanpen, stuff it with shiso, cheese, natto.

Lightly coat the edges of the openings of Step 4 with katakuriko.

Put butter in a frying pan and pan-fry both sides of the hanpen until browned.
