First heat up oil in a utensil add cummin seeds and Fenugreek seeds to it let them crackle.

Then add turmeric powder and small pieces of raw mango, saute for 2 minutes add salt and 1glass water to it.

Boil it until pieces of raw mango became soft then add jaggery to it.

Now add red chili powder and garam masala and cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. Laungi is ready to serve. eat with paratha it will give an amazing taste 😋
