Steps

Add mashed potato carrots ginger garlic and green chillies in a mixing bowl

Add onions chilli sauce soya sauce and salt

Add oregano mix properly and keep aside

Now take bread slices and cut them with a round cutter shape or bowl

Spread potato mixture into the slices one by one

For corflour slurry mix water salt pepper and cornflour properly

Now apply the cornflour slurry on the stuffing side of the slices then sprinkle sesame seeds over it.

Do the same with all slices

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry these coins with bread side until golden and crispy

Serve with chilli garlic sauce.
