Firstly take a bowl add 2 cups of Arhar daal. Wash it twice.

Then in daal add 2cups of water. Pour the daal and water in a cooker.

Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and salt according to taste.

Close the lid of the cooker when 1whistle came then sim the gas for ten min and turn off the gas.

Meanwhile, heat a kadhai add 2tsp ghee.,then add 1tsp cumin seed when it splutters then add finely chopped tomatoes.

A little bit of salt and coriander leaf...cook for a while for 5min.

After that pour the daal mix it well.

Cook for a while. Its ready to Serve with rice.
