I was in the mood for some burgers so I mixed some Barbecue Sauce into chicken along with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Marinate the chicken for 3 hours then deep fry with egg and bread crumbs coating. Place the patty on the bun, then add salad leaves and spread ketchup.

Cover them with another burger.
