Heat up the pan, add 1 tsp oil and add cumin seeds, a small piece of cinnamon, cloves, garam masala, a pinch of turmeric, and ginger and chilies paste. Add salt as per taste, mix it well and then add green peas. Do not overcook this mixture.

Further, take a mixing jar, add the mixture in it (remove cinnamon stick and clove before grinding), and then grind coarsely.
Transfer the mixture in the same pan, finely chopped coriander
Add some coarsely grind Walnuts and mix it well. - 3
Take some spring roll wrappers/maida roti
Add stuffing in the middle. Apply some slurry on the corners of the wrapper to stick.
all the corners gently seal giving it a good parcel shape. and shallow fry till golden brown in color. - 4
Take parcel on a serving plate and serve hot with green chutney.
