A super healthy n tasty dish. You can have it for the whole year but in winter, it's energy-boosting. Full of the goodness of dry fruits.
Steps

Chop all the dry fruits n dates except raisins.

Roast each dry fruit separately on low to medium flame. Until lightly golden n the raw smell goes away.

Roast raisins n figs for a minute or until they turn slightly soft. Dry roast puffed rice too. Keep dry fruits, dates n puffed rice together.

Add jaggery to the pan n let it melt without adding water. Let it completely melt n ger caramelized for a minute.

Now, add dry fruits, puffed rice n dates in a pan n mix everything well until the melted jaggery completely coats the dry fruits.

Grease any dish with ghee in which you want to set the mixture. Press a little with a spatula or hands. Let the mixture cool down at room temperature.

Cut the mixture in bars n enjoy the healthy n full of dry fruits dish.
