Quick and easy caramel Makhana
Steps

Take a kadhai add ghee into it.

Add Jaggery powder to it and start mixing

Let the jaggery melt completely.

Add in the makhanas and immediately start mixing it until all the jaggery is well coated with the makhanas.

After few minutes the makhanas will become crispy.
Remove the kadhai from the gas. - 6
Let it cool. And then store it in an airtight container. Its ready to be eaten by kids and adults too.
