Dahi kadhi without besan

Crush green chilies and garlic together.

Heat oil in a pan. Add a pinch of hing, cumin, crushed garlic chilies. Saute and add red chilies, onion, curry leaves, and salt.

Add the crushed tomatoes, turmeric and mix well.

Take dahi in a mixer jar and pulse 2-3 times to get a smooth texture.
Alternately you can use a whisk to whisk the curd. - 5
Add the smooth curd to the onion, tomato mixture and keep mixing.
Add water and keep stirring till the kadhi reaches boiling point.
Keep the gas flame very low. - 6
Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy kadhi with steamed rice.
