First take milk in a heavy bottomed pan & boil it. Now dissolve cornflour in milk & add it to boiling milk. Add sugar / milkmaid to it. Stir it continously. Cook it till it becomes thick. Let it cool.

Now cut mango in cubes & take it in a blender. Make a smooth paste of it.there should be no chunks.Now add mango puree to thick milk paste. Blend this mixture & make a smooth paste. Fill it in moulds & freeze it for 3 - 4 hours.

Now demould it & take it in a blender. Add fresh Malai/ cream to it & blend it at pulse mode. A smooth creamy mixture is ready.Now fill it again in moulds, cover it with clingfilm & freeze it for overnight. Demould it & enjoy super soft mango ice cream.
