5persons

1 kgRice
Carrots one cup chopped
Potato one cup chopped
1 cupCabbage
1 cupGreen onion
1 cupCapsicum
2 tbspSoya sauce
1 tspChicken powder
1Egg

Steps

First of all soak the rice for 15 mins and boil them..set aside

Finely chop down all veggies.

Put a lil oil in wok and saute all veggies and egg until cooked
4

Mix the cooked veggies in boiled rice..serve hot
