Steps

Beat eggs, melted butter, oil and sugar in a bowl

Then add Vanilla extract, sifted all-purpose flour, sifted cocoa powder, salt and baking powder and mix

Mix hot water into milk and gradually add this into cake batter while whisking continuously dissolving every lump

Now grease a Bundt pan with butter or oil and pour cake batter and bake it at 200°c for 20-30 mins or when the skewer comes out clean

Now let the cake be cooled

In a pan heat cream till it bubbles, then pour it over chopped chocolate and keep stirring until it becomes ganache, allow it to cool down to room temperature then refrigerate it for an hour

When the cake is completely cooled, pour ganache from the top and let it drips from above

Let the ganache sets for about 3-4 mins, after that dust it with cocoa powder or icing sugar and serve
