A friend of mine gives me a lot of fresh basil when it's in season.

Ingredients

  1. 50 gramsBasil leaves
  2. 1 cloveGarlic
  3. 1 tbspPine nuts
  4. 50 mlExtra virgin olive oil
  5. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare all of the ingredients. Put into a food processor and process until fully combined and smooth.

  2. 2

    Store in a jar. It would be good to cover the surface with olive oil to avoid exposure to air.
