Keep ready all veggies in a place.

Heat oil in a pan add ginger and garlic saute for while then add all other veggies saute it add salt and pepper,cook till moisture goes,add walnuts and filling is ready.

Take spring roll sheet place filling and maida paste on edges, and fold sides and roll to shape of spring roll. Make all spring rolls.

Heat oil and fry spring rolls to golden and serve with hot and sweet sauce.
