In a pot take sugar and water. Add crushed cardamom and food color.cook till sugar is dissolved and starts boiling.switch off the flame. Sugar syrup is ready.

In a bowl take maida, ghee and eno. Rub it nicely. Now add water little by little to make a batter. There should be no lumps.In a pan take ghee heat it. Fill the batter in jalebi maker bottle and make jalebi.

Fry it from both sides. After frying deep in to sugar syrup for 30 seconds. Enjoy hot jalebi.

It can be refrigerated for 1-2days.
