Wiener Sausages Cooked in 30 seconds

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I microwaved a frozen wiener sausage, made cuts in it with a knife, and then heated it once more. It tasted as if it had been grilled.

I wondered if I could do the same with sliced sausages which I usually cook in the frying pan, and gave it a go.

The result will differ depending on the kind of sausage you use. I used sausages made from coarsely ground meat for this recipe.
If you are cooking a few at the same time, keep an eye on them and adjust the cooking time as necessary. (You don't need to cover them with plastic wrap or a lid.) Recipe by Hokkori-no

The sausage will burst or harden if you overheat it, so be careful.
