Blend the chopped mangoes, half a cup of milk, castor sugar, vanilla ice cream, and ice cubes in a mixie jar.

Check for consistency. If it's thick add another half a cup of milk and blend again.

Take a glass - first add mango cubes, to the base.

Then pour the blended mango into the glass. Add about two spoons of vanilla ice cream to it.

Garnish with chopped pistachios and cherry and enjoy the summer cool mango Mastani.
