In a pan add sugar and water.keep it on flame.let the sugar dissolves add colour.boil for few minutes off the flame.

In a bowl add maida yeast and ghee mix properly.Add water little by little combine well without lumps.The consistency of the batter is not so thick or thin.

Cover n keep aside for 15 min. for fermentation.After that heat oil in a kadai or flat pan.Take a piping bag fill the batter into it.

Now squeeze the batter into round shape like Jalebi n cook on high flame till it gets crisp

When it becomes crisp, dip the Jalebi into the sugar syrup for few seconds and take it out into the plate.prepare all like this.

Serve garam garam and crisp Jalebi and enjoy
