This sabji is typical maharashtrian style little spicy
Steps

Wash moong dal properly five to six times & then add clean water & keep aside
Chopped green chilli, garlic & methi leaves - 2
Take a pan & add oil & when oil is hot add jeera, then add garlic & when garlic is roasted properly then add green chilli

Now add little haldi powder & soaked moong dal with water & salt per taste & stir properly & then add methi leaves & cover with lid

After 2 to 3 minutes take out the lid & stir it now little amount of water will be there
So cover it again & when all the water is dry take out the sabji in bowl & serve with jowar roti
It taste good
