Ingredients

30 mintes
6 to 8 servings
  • 3 cupstomatoes chopped
  • 2 tspred chilli pwder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala pwder
  • 2 tspgarlic chopped
  • 2 tspcumin seeds
  • 4tblspn oil
  • 2tblspn coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tspsalt

Steps

30 mintes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and add cumin seeds and chopped garlic

  2. 2

    Fry till light brown. Add tomatoes sautay till cook soft.

  3. 3

    Add all spices sautay 1 mint then mix well

  4. 4

    Cover and cook 3 to 4 mints on slow flame

  5. 5

    When oil comes out turn off the flame sprinkle green Coriander
