This is all time favourite chaat at our home. My presentation is not so fancy because I don't have any fancy crockery.

For making katori take maida and wheat flour add a pinch of salt and 1/4 cup of oil and knead a soft dough. Then heat oil in a kadai for frying, take a ball from the dough and make a small round roti then take a katori and stick the roti on the back of it and then fry it in the oil.

Your maida katori will itself be removed from the steel katori. Fry it golden brown.

For stuffing, make dry sabji of your boiled sprouts, and fill it in the katoris made, then put some dahi, spicy chutney, sweet chutney, chopped onions, tomatoes, yellow sev and then with coriander leaves and lastly you can add a pinch of chaat masala on it, your katori chaat is ready to eat.
