Ingredients

25-30 minutes
10-12 ladoos
  1. 2 cupChickpeas flour (besan/gram flour)
  2. 4-6green cardamom kernels
  3. 1 cupSugar powdered
  4. 1 /2 cupGhee
  5. 1 tbspcashew nuts powder
  6. 1 tspGreen cardamom powder
  7. 1/2 tbspalmonds powder

Cooking Instructions

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a non-stick Pan. add green cardamom kernels and gram flour and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously.

    Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and set aside to cool to room temperature

  3. 3

    Add Cardamom powder, cashew powder, almond powder, sugar to the gram flour mixture and mix gently

  4. 4

    Divide the mixture into equal protection and shape into ladoos.

  5. 5

    Garnish your choice and serve it yummy and tasty
