Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Cauliflower
  2. 1 pinchKrazy Salt (or plain salt)
  3. 1 tspConsomme soup stock granules
  4. 1Butter or margarine
  5. 1 tspGarlic soy sauce
  6. 1Dried parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Divide the cauliflower into florets, then boil until they are still quite firm. Put a small amount of butter to a frying pan, and sauté the parboiled and drained cauliflower.

    When the cauliflower is slightly browned, add Krazy Salt and the soup stock granules plus a little water. Keep sautéing until the moisture has evaporated. Be sure not to over-cook.

    Drizzle the remaining butter and garlic soy sauce. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle dried parsley.
