Dry roast makhanas in a non stick pan till light golden brown and crisp.

Take a mixture jar add coriander, green chilli, garlic, capsicum,and tomato, and salt.Green chutney is ready.

Dry roast peanut in a non-stick pan till golden brown and crisp.

Take a bowl add makhanas, peanuts,carrot, onion, tomato, green chutney, Chaat masala, salt, cucumber, green chilli, lemon juice, tomato sauce, coriander leaves,and mix well.Bhel is ready.
