Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdry roast makhanas
  2. 4 tbsp dry roast peanuts
  3. 1 tbspChaat masala
  4. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1grated carrot
  7. 1 chopped onion
  8. 1chopped tomato
  9. 1/2 chopped cucumber
  10. 1/2 lemon juice
  11. 1chopped green chilli
  12. 4 tbspchopped coriander
  13. as requiredGreen chutney:
  14. 50 gmscoriander leaves
  15. 2green chillies
  16. 4garlic cloves
  17. 1/2capsicum
  18. 1/2tomato
  19. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast makhanas in a non stick pan till light golden brown and crisp.

    Take a mixture jar add coriander, green chilli, garlic, capsicum,and tomato, and salt.Green chutney is ready.

    Dry roast peanut in a non-stick pan till golden brown and crisp.

    Take a bowl add makhanas, peanuts,carrot, onion, tomato, green chutney, Chaat masala, salt, cucumber, green chilli, lemon juice, tomato sauce, coriander leaves,and mix well.Bhel is ready.

    Serve immediately.
