Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5leaves Chinese cabbage
  • 2cm Carrot
  • 1handful Mushrooms (whatever you have)
  • 1Onion
  • 500 mlMilk
  • 1 bagpowdered ・Consommé soup stock
  • 1rounded teaspoon ・Chicken soup stock granules
  • 1 dash・Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp・Flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the Chinese cabbage into 1 cm strips.

  2. 2

    Slice the onion and carrot into strips.

  3. 3

    Wash the mushrooms.

  4. 4

    Fry the vegetables in a frying pan.

  5. 5

    Once wilted, turn off the heat. Add the seasoning ingredients and the flour. Stir (mix well).

  6. 6

    Over medium heat, add the milk, a little at a time, until it's thick and creamy, then it's done.
