Cut the Chinese cabbage into 1 cm strips.

Slice the onion and carrot into strips.

Wash the mushrooms.

Fry the vegetables in a frying pan.

Once wilted, turn off the heat. Add the seasoning ingredients and the flour. Stir (mix well).

Over medium heat, add the milk, a little at a time, until it's thick and creamy, then it's done.
