Myo-ga Lychee Mocktail

This recipe is adapted from James's recipe. It's a delightful blend of Taiwanese and Japanese flavors. The sour, aromatic, sweet, and bitter notes make it a refreshing treat for hot summer days.

Myo-ga is an aromatic vegetable occasionally seen in Japanese cuisine. It's a love-it-or-hate-it ingredient, and I quite enjoy it.

*You can use regular beer with alcohol if preferred.
