Steps

Take Mushrooms and cut into half pieces and boil for 3 minutes and keep them aside till it turns soft.

Take Tomato,one Onion Ginger, Garlic and grind them.

Heat the pan and put oil. Add black pepper, and Cumin seed Flax seed and stir well for 30 seconds. add tomato, onion paste and saute it for 1 minute and low the flame.

Add haldi, Coriander powder, red chilli powder, Degi mirch and again saute until all spices mix well for 5 minutes and after that put the flame off and cool down the gravy and again grind and make a puree.

Add butter in the pan and now add onion saute or fry till it turns translucent. Add Capsicum and again saute for 30 seconds. now add Puree and mix all properly

Add Mushrooms (Drain all the water) and now add Smith &Jones pasta masala and again saute until all flavors mix properly.

Add fresh cream and Kasuri Methi and garam masala to it and mix well.

Add 1/2 Cup of water and give a nice stir to the creamy gravy stir them in medium to high flame and cover the lid for 2 minutes maximum.

If you like Mushrooms in a gravy. Then skip this process but my family likes in little bit dry gravy so I will let the gravy thick. Now Ready to serve. Garnish with Kasuri Methi/ Coriander leaves optional. Serve hot with Roti, Nan, Kulcha.
