Egg-Free! Fluffy! Tofu Pancakes!

I wanted to try making a tofu pancake myself since they have been so trendy as of late.
Ahh!! But I didn't have an egg! I tried making one anyway with what I had on hand, it turned out really delicious.
Silken tofu is the best, but if you don't have it, then firm tofu is fine.
Be careful not to over mix when you combine the dry and wet ingredients!! If you do, then they will turn out to be more like flat crepes!!
When you are cooking them, you should let heated the frying pan rest on a damp cloth for three seconds. This makes them turn out much nicer. Recipe by Pu-chan

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix all of the ● ingredients together with a whisk in circular motions.
- 2
Next, mix all of the ○ ingredients together. Keep mixing well until the batter is smooth.
- 3
Now mix all the dry ingredients from Step 1, into what you made in Step 2 and mix until only slightly lumpy.
- 4
Heat up some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Next place the heated frying pan on top of a damp cloth for three seconds and then return the frying pan to the burner.
- 5
Pour the dough into the frying pan in a circular motion, cover with a lid, and then cook on low heat. Once bubbles form on the surface, flip it over. Once puffy and fluffed up, they are done.
- 6
Cook the rest of the dough! Top with butter and maple syrup if you have it! This doesn't use any eggs but it's still really fluffy.

I do this tiny amount (only 4 pancakes) because my daughter likes to have it for breakfast. And she doesn’t need more than 4 🤗 she likes it with whipped cream but you can add chocolate chips to the batter. A lot of tiny details in the process but it’s worth to get a hang of it. Lina Bond -

I've been really into using tofu in different recipes lately. I tried to mix it in pancake batter, and the result ended up delicious. That's how I arrived at this recipe.Whisk in the pancake mix briskly, but try not to over-mix.If you are using a normal frying pan, use a little bit of oil.Pour the batter in the middle of the pan so that the heat is right underneath. It will prevent your pancakes from cooking unevenly with browned spots. For 3 pancakes, each 17 cm [6.7 in] in diameter. Recipe by Miashanmama cookpad.japan -

When I was thinking about making pancakes, I looked in the fridge and found tofu."If I added tofu to pancake mix, how would it taste??" I wondered. I tried it and...it was more delicious than I thought.Even when they're cool, these pancakes are chewy. They burn easily, so cook them patiently over very low heat. After you add the pancake mix, be careful not to over-mix!The batter is thick since there is no liquid in it, and that's what makes the pancakes turn out so thick. You could also add a bit of milk or soy milk. Wheat & Egg-free Rice Flour and Soy Milk Pancakes Wheat & Egg-free Rice Flour and Soy Milk Pancakes
My dad and I were trying to find out what to make with rice flour. I am really proud of this recipe. The ingredient ratios are so easy to remember and I've made it over and over. These delicious pancakes remind me of the sweet rice cakes my grandma made for me when I was a kid.The amount of soy milk can be adjusted to make the cakes firmer if you prefer. You won't get bubbles rising to the surface like you would with normal pancakes, so make sure to check the bottom side and flip when it starts to turn golden brown.I made these pretty sweet so feel free to reduce the amount of sugar to suit your tastes.
