Sake-Steamed Manila Clams with Butter Soy Sauce

I always cooked sake-steamed manila clams. When my brother visited me, he told me that adding broccoli makes the dish more delicious, so I tried it. It was really tasty. My daughter and I almost finished it all!

Please clean the manila clams completely!! Add 1 teaspoon of salt and enough water to cover the clams in a bowl, and leave in the fridge overnight. Wash them well, and you're ready to go. It's actually quite easy.
You can also boil the broccoli instead of microwaving. Recipe by Yumi mama
